Description	A single-seat vehicle with a metal body and metal wheels sits in the middle of a brick street. On the southwest corner of 9th and M Streets in the background is Booth Fisheries Company at 301-307 S. 9th Street and also Lincoln Paint & Color Company at 811-823 M Street. Both are multi-story brick buildings.
