The lobby of Omaha National Bank in its original location at 212 S. 13th Street can be seen in this black and white lantern slide. The room has a tile floor, walls with decorative painting at the top, and a wooden counter with teller windows on top. A clock hangs on the back wall, and a calendar is partially visible behind the teller windows. Two men are waiting in line at a teller window on the far left side. Ezra Millard, president of the bank, is assisting a woman wearing a long dress and a large hat at one of the other teller windows.
The Omaha National Bank building was built in 1882. The bank later moved to the New York Life Building at 17th and Farnam Streets. Source: Spencer, Jeffrey. Historic Photos of Omaha. Nashville: Turner Publishing, 2007, p. 115.
