Randall C. Biart was Executive Director of the Nebraska Children's Home Society from 1936 to 1971. During his years in office, he traveled across the state of Nebraska to raise funds and promote awareness of the plight of abused, abandoned, and neglected children in Nebraska. He was born on February 26, 1897, and died on June 16, 1973.
