Built in 1922 from designs by Fiske & Meginnis, this warehouse presents a prim and proper Colonial Revival facade to the street, while the side elevation is strictly functional, with small windows and a visible concrete frame, in filled with brick. Lincoln Fixture & Supply Co. was a plumbing wholesaler. The small building to the left housed a variety of tenants including Magnum Chemical Company.
