This 6-1/2" x 4-1/2" black and white photograph shows a two-story brick building standing on a corner. The building has large windows on one side of the first floor; one of them has "Brigham's Quality Cleaners" painted on it. The rest of the building has smaller windows. The building has turrets on the corners and a tile roof. Smaller structures surround the building, and a sidewalk runs in front of it. "Brighams Cleaners" is written on the photograph.
Brigham's Cleaners was built in 1928 and this photograph of the building at 2242 O Street in Lincoln, Nebraska, was probably taken soon thereafter. G. C. George was the contractor and Ed Schneider of Kansas City designed the building, probably working with the Kansas City terra cotta company that supplied the unique exterior cladding and decorative materials. Brigham advertised that he offered "Cleaning, Pressing, Dyeing, and Tailoring of All Kinds." The upper floor originally provided at least four apartments.
