Owners of Chowins Millinery, selling groceries, clothing, etc. for thirty years in Sidney, Nebraska, just west of 2nd and Rose Streets. Mrs. Louisa Laaker was an employee there in the early 1900s. In the 1920s it was sold to Fine's. Photograph donated by Mrs. Elmer Phelps.
