Historical Notes
Alta Regina Wagoner was born in Butler County, Nebraska, October 15, 1879, to Jeremiah and Dora Wagoner. Her family lived and farmed in Savannah Township, near Bellwood. She married Melvin Alliss in 1906 and they raised two children: Weston and Mildred. She died in June 12, 1948, and is buried in the Bellwood Cemetery.
