The Lincoln Police Department 
The Lincoln Police Department's collection includes digitized images of police officers from 1885-1907 and department annual reports from 1942-1973. The annual reports include photos of some departmental personnel, statistical information about accidents, arrests, traffic citations and some reports list all employees. The reports from the early 1940s reference the effects of World War II on the changeover in department personnel and on the duties of the department.
The Lincoln Police Department provides access to these materials for educational and research purposes and for personal enjoyment. Permission to reproduce these images in any form other than for personal individual use must be obtained in writing from the Lincoln Police Department. Credit should be given to the Lincoln Police Department for materials used. No persons may use these materials without express permission of the Lincoln Police Department.
