On a brick street, a truck is backed up to the loading dock of Grainger Brothers Company located at 221 N. 8th Street. The truck, made mostly of wood with the engine set underneath, has painted advertising on the side reading: "Grainger Bros. Company, Wholesale Grocers" and "Nebia Brand, Good and Great." The Clarinda Poultry, Butter & Egg Co. in the background is housed in a multi-story brick building. Beyond that is a water tower painted to look like a can of tomatoes.
