Guarantee Laundry Company was located at 1468 S. 16th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, according to the Omaha City Directory of 1912. Owner Leonard C. Heine and his wife were owners of several laundries, including the Omaha Laundry and Sanitary Towel Supply. They were both involved in several Lutheran church organizations. He was a member of the Lutheran Hospital board of directors for 43 years and she organized the Lutheran Women's Missionary League in Omaha. She died in March, 1967 and he in December, 1977.
