Color postcard (13 1/2 x 8 1/2 cm) with a view looking to the northeast from about 18th & Harney of the old Omaha City Hall located at the northeast corner 18th & Farnam with the tall tower, the Bee Building next to it at the northwest corner 17th & Farnam, and the Douglas County Courthouse east of 18th street and south of Farnam.
This postcard shows the center of Omaha government and the press. The Douglas County courthouse was built in 1882-85, the Old City Hall in 1890 and the Bee Building in 1889.
