Color postcard (13 1/2 x 8 1/2 cm) with a view of the Flatiron Building, the triangle-shaped building in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, at the intersection of 17th Street, Howard Street, and St. Mary's Avenue.
This four-story building was designed by architect George B. Prinz for developers Henry Payne and Ralph Slater. It's shape resembles a flatiron, and it is located at 17th & St. Mary's Avenue and 18th & Howard Streets. Built in 1912, it was originally constructed for use as commercial and office space, but has also been used as a hotel and restaurant. Source: Spencer, Jeffrey.
