Description
This 6-1/2" x 4" black and white plate shows the front facade of the penitentiary at an angle from one end. Trees line the front of the two-story brick building that fronts the penitentiary yard. A curved brick wall extends from the building to a guard tower. A smoke stack rises behind the building.
