Historical Notes
Built in 1914 at a cost of $45,000, the Auditorium was opened to the public June 30, 1915. The first floor contained a kitchen, two dining rooms, dry storage and teachers' rooms; the second floor contained reception parlors, the superintendent's apartment and an auditorium, the third floor housed the hospital, dormitory, and staff apartments.
