This three-story brick warehouse located at 700 Factory Street is the home of the "Arctic Cream Company Creamery" according to large lettering painted on the front surface. Additional advertising on the side wall reads: "Fremont Pure Butter", "Wholesale Dealers in Butter, Eggs, and Poultry", and "Mfg.'s of Alfalfa Golden Butter and Blue Ribbon Ice Cream". A one-story wing to the right bears signs for "Aaron's Poultry and Egg Co." and "Poultry, Eggs and Butter". Motorized delivery trucks and a bicycle are parked near an entrance marked with a sign which reads "office". Also visible are wooden barrels, an abandoned dray or delivery wagon and stacks of wooden chicken crates. The three story, gabled wooden barn seems to be part of the business complex. Utility poles and power lines, as well as a dirt street, are also part of the scene.
