Historical Notes
Cassandra Eberly was born in Illinois in 1876, the daughter of L.J. (Lavannas) and Sarah Strickler Eberly. Cassie married William Hahn at Octavia, Nebraska, January 21, 1898. William was a farmer in Bone Creek Township, Butler County, Nebraska. They had one daughter, Alice, who died in childhood. Cassie died in 1965 and is buried beside her husband and daughter in the Edholm Cemetery, in rural Butler County, Nebraska.
