Historical Notes
Barbara Kastner was born in Nebraska, May 8, 1881, to Vaclav and Barbara Kastner. Her parents immigrated from Bohemia and farmed near Linwood, Nebraska. She married William Yindrick September 23, 1905, at St. Peter & Paul church in Abie. They raised 4 children Helen (Mrs. James Svoboda), Alice (Mrs. Max Krondak), Lucille (Mrs. Frank Curda) and Louis. Barbara died May 5, 1970 and is buried beside her husband in Appleton Cemetery.
