The six males are wearing a variety of suits, white shirts and ties. Weston is wearing a mustache with full beard; Justin is wearing a suit jacket with white sailor-collared blouse with ruffle-trim and large plaid bow. Historical Notes |
Weston LaMunyon was born Febr. 23, 1847, in Pennsylvania to Asa and Acenith Wheeler LaMunyon. He moved with his parents to Michigan when he was five years of age. At age sixteen he enlisted in the Michigan Volunteer Infantry. After the Civil War he returned to Michigan. He married Mary Ganett Snedaker, May 29, 1869, and became the owner of considerable real estate. He sold his real estate holdings and moved with his wife and infant daughter to Nebraska where he became a resident of Summit Township, Butler County, Nebraska, in February of 1871. In addition to farming, he served on the County Board and was a Justice of the Peace. |
