Historical Notes
Louis R. Kreizinger was born in Bellwood, Nebraska, March 1, 1876, to Joseph and Adliad Schmid Kreizinger. He married Caroline C. Meysenburg May 22, 1901, at St. Mary's Church in David City, Nebraska. He farmed in rural Butler County, Nebraska, until he retired in 1944, when they moved to David City. Louis and Caroline raised four children: Arthur, Josephine, Robert and Daniel. Louis died December 2, 1959, and is buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, David City. Caroline Meysenburg Kreizinger was born in Burlter County, Nebraska, March 4, 1880 to Peter and Barbara Meysenburg. Caroline died December 22, 1970, and is buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, David City.
