Historical Notes
Lee Woolsey was born in Bee, Nebraska, April 8, 1888, to L.J. and Jennie Nirl Woolsey. He married Jennie McCoy in David City, October 5, 1910. Jennie McCoy was born in Illinois, August 23, 1888 to Henry and Vretta Bumphrey McCoy. Lee and Jennie Woolsey farmed in Sherman County, Nebraska, and raised five children. Lee died October, 1965. Jennie died February, 1974, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
