The Hastings Public Library’s collection comprises digitized versions of books covering local Hastings history and Nebraska-related history. These books are not widely held by other libraries; they include a book about a reunion of the survivors of the January 1888 blizzard (also known as the Children’s Blizzard), the Book of Hastings, published in 1906, and two road books showing maps and information about locations in Nebraska and nearby states.
